John Ashton

John has been passionate about wildlife all his life. He started work as a taxidermist while still at grammar school in Somerset and after a varied career, including being a roadie for major rock bands, he settled in South Devon where he is a prolific oil painter, book illustrator and published writer about local birdlife.
