I am a multi media artist based in Devon creating marine art with a passion for the ocean, inspired by coastal living and volunteering at the National Marine Park, Plymouth Sound.
I use acrylics, printmaking, mixed media and collage techniques. I also use paper clay and am researching and developing a new, low fire paper clay and low fire glazes as I look to reduce kiln firing temperatures and schedules.
In The Good Blue News Art Project I share stories of ‘good ocean news’ emerging from brilliant work being done by the UK’s National Marine Park and at marine reserves across the world.
The patchwork of sea blues and greens of clear coastal waters on a sunny day inspire me to create a crush of fish in graphic outlines for the Salcombe Art Club Summer Exhibition 2026
My work is shown at several galleries in Devon and I am a member of Westcountry Potters’ Association, Devon Artist Network, South Hams Arts Forum, Totnes Potters and Crafts Council Directory.
