Acrylics and Mixed Media for Beginners (Mondays for Eight Weeks)

The first four weeks will cover the basics of acrylics, with some colour mixing, use of tools and materials, glazing, tone and compositional elements.

The second four weeks will go into more depth, about colour mixing and palettes, introduce acrylic mediums, explore mixed media techniques. We will incorporate all our learning into the final week and bring it all together, combining watery washes, thick impasto, textural mediums and mixed media techniques according to individual style and choice.
