Woodblock Printing (Three Day Workshop)

Rod is a woodblock printmaker who finds that the balance between art and craft that is inherent in printmaking is a major stimulation to invention and playful creativity. His work has been shown at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, the Royal Academy, the Royal West of England Academy and major galleries around the world. He is co- author of the book ‘Making Woodblock Prints’ and is a member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers. As a complete beginner or an experienced printmaker, you will find this ancient technique a wonderful vehicle for creative expression .

No previous experience required for this course and all are welcome. All tools will be provided for your use during the course.
