A fun weekend workshop for those who enjoy portraiture or who have never done it before and would like to have a go.
On Saturday we will begin with the basic principles and observations involving sketching and making studies, using each other in a structured way. We will then explore self-portraiture in the afternoon using mirrors and the face we are most familiar with to understand its complexities.
On Sunday we will use volunteer live models and employ all the tricks and skills you have learned the day before in any media you choose.
