Discovering how to analyse what is happening in the sky\, and to relay it convincingly\, lends a credibility to the entire painting. \nI also find the formation and nature of clouds fascinating – endlessly changing the landscape beneath them\, but also reforming and affecting the light\, colour and shadows within themselves. As a result\, they will be able to set their own goals and discover\, through experimenting and exploring new possibilities in an informed way\, how to achieve them. \nMy job will be to help each person navigate their own journey. What I would like you to do is come with some idea of a project – or inspiration for one – even if it is as simple as setting up your own still life each session. \nWe have a wonderful resource available\, and that is each other – and the opportunity to observe the artistic journey of other painters while embarking on one’s own.
