DESCRIPTION:This course is for artists of all levels of experience\, regardless of the media you work with\, the subjects you choose to paint\, or whether you define yourself as a figurative or an abstract painter. \nTogether we will explore your individual way of approaching a painting and understand your own painting process and how you interpret what you see.\nThis knowledge provides a platform upon which to develop practical skills and techniques to build confidence in your own ability to bring your inspiration to a completed work that pleases you. \nThe course will take place over five consecutive Mondays\, beginning a new work at the start and following its journey over the duration.\nHowever\, it may be that you choose to explore and develop other options along the way and end up with several pieces of work besides the original. This can be a constructive way of working… \nOver the five days\, please feel free to bring in work that you have at home if you would like to\, so that we can review its strengths and examine anything you might feel is unresolved.
